Dayalu dal group of Industries are fully equipped with modern manufacturing/processing facilities with necessary testing equipments for a continuous production of sterilizing quality.
1)	SELECTION OF NORMAL / ORGANIC PULSES :
		The best Bold Quality of selected raw pulses are purchased from the Best Agro-belts in India and abroad for processing into split pulses.
2)	FILTRATION PLANT :
		With the help of in-house modernized filteration plants, all the impurities, dust particles, etc., are removed/filtered. These seeds are cleaned by de-stone machine and magnetic metal part removed and sent for further process.
3)	DE-HYDRATION :
		This processed is carried out through the heating systems so that moisture contents are removed and the grains are free from moisture contents. 0.25% vegetable oil on seed weight is applied on seeds and heated upto 70 degree C by dryers and kept for 48 hours.
4)	PROCESSING/CRUSHING :
		All the oiled seeds are then processed through highspeed emry rollers.
5)	DOUBLE OILING :
		Semi Dehusked pulses are stored through the conveyor system in the hygienic tanks with a small oiling touch again. After 48 hours, water is sprayed on seeds and kept for some time to allow the seeds to soften.
6)	DE-HUSKING :
		Again with the help of traditional/crushers de-husk operation is carried out for a final duhusking of seeds and well dried by natural sunlight heating system.
7)	SPITING & GRADING :
		After Natural Drying of the seed, these seeds are splitted by very natural system. Split pulses are now ready for sorting and grading.
8)	100% SORTEX CLEANING :
		By using the color sorter we remove all left impurities like unmatured grains like green & white grains and foreign substances from pulses & makes the product 100% cleaned, higienic and ready to cook. more >>
9)	FINISHED PRODUCTS AND QUALITY :
		After splitting, grading and sortex, final finish split pulses are graded into different quality. We "do not" use any "chemicals" or "colours" for achieving the required grade and quality. We at Dayalu, believe in the NATURAL process as we care for the users of our products and we give the Healthy taste and quality. 10)	WEIGHMENT :
		Exact and accurate weighment is made for even a small gram of packet.
11)	PACKING :
		Packaging is made as per the requirements of buyers from 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2kg, 5kg, to 50kg. P.P. bags, H.D.P.E. bags and New Jute bags as per the requirements. Packed into desired packing.
12)	BRAND AND MARKETING :
		We sell all the products in our Brand name. However, we also make the quality and packing/marking as per the buyer’s brand name and requirements.
13)	INVENTORY AND STORAGE :
		We maintain a large inventory so that we give our buyers a very fast delivery. We have adequate storing space available with in-house container stuffing facilities.
14)	STUFFING TRANSPORTATION :
